Hi. I have been with PM for over 5 years now and have earns rewards off my monthly bill over time (through the old rewards program). If I switch my plan to a better one now, will those rewards still be honoured with my new plan?

The old reward plan ($2 auto payment, $1-$5 loyalty) has been replaced by point rewards, once you change your plan, you will still getting points, you will get 5% point back from your new plan + 10 points anniversary once a year + 1 point per referral per month

The old rewards system is long gone. Everyone got moved to the Public Points since May and you are already on the point rewards

If you check your Credit Card or payment history, you will find that you public mobile’s subscription fee has been increased by $6-$7 starting May 2024.

Yes but you will need 15 points to use 15.00 off your bill..example i get 5 per month so instead of before i got 5.00 off my bill every month now i have to wait 3 months get 15. Off my bill works out to the same
