      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my view they are absolutely entitled to a refund. The system should be smart enough to block that purchase because it's effectively incompatible with their current plan. I would start by nicely asking, but if needed I would push back pretty hard on this one. There's no way the system should allow that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
