So I'm new and trying to subscribe to a public mobile plan. But when I choose a plan...and it doesn't matter which plan I choose, because it NEVER gives me the option for an esim. Just the physical Sim card and only about whether I want to purchase is and get it shipped to me or if I want to pick it up. No option that I can see about an esim....HEEEEEELP ME!!!!

@Captain101 did you verify that your phone is esim compatible? What type of phone so you have?

Chances are your phone is not eSIM compatible. eSIM are on most newer phones but you can check to see if your phone is on the list of eSIM compatible phones.

eSIMs are most definitely not avaialble on "all" new phones. While some will support it, there will always be some (even new models) that don't.
