Can’t process payment. Done everything on my end. Can’t even phone anyone. Website sucks. Community has no answers. Idea is great execution is poor

Wait an hour and try again :

1. using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

2. using PM app

if they both do not work, you can get the service back by getting a voucher from Shopper Drugs mart. then load the voucher using *611

Tried all that. Never had the service so that’s out of the question

Yes. Just tried on web again. Tried Tuesday afternoon aswell and several days before that. I am just swapping over from Telus. Others in my family did just fine

you can login, can you? what is the account status?

Try using the app, some people has better luck with it. But make sure you give location permisson to the PM app first

voucher won't work unless you already have card info done. just tried that. yes never used public before. the problem is it won't accept the payment
