    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received it. When I go to the&amp;nbsp; chat board it keeps sending me in circles. I can not fill out the form . It keeps logging me out everytime.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
