How did you cancel the first sim ? If it's a hard sim, put it back in her phone and give it a try. It could still work if activated successfully.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed my&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kid up for a plan with her email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;address and put the sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;in my&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;phone by accident. I cancelled the sim and bought another one but can’t get into her account. The log in sends the code but I can’t ever get passed they part. Please help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you used eSIM??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try to click Didn't receive code and check if Send email is a choice??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if no email choice, then you need PM to help.
