Is this correct, or have I overlooked something.

Under the old rewards system I received a monthly discount of $7.00, and under the new rewards system this is replaced by by 1.45 points.

I can redeem 15 points to receive a $15 credit on my bill and this works out to 10.34 months discount or, put another way, my discount which previously was $72.38 is now only $15.00.

If this is correct, Fonus is now looking REALLY good.

i think like all rewards program, when you hear it tells you change is coming, you know it is going to be worse

and yes, you will be earning a bit less. But you will get more than $15. For a $15 plan, the usual annual discount would be $19, and could be more if you have some friend referrals

Yes, you can shop around for other carrier, but the one you mentioned does not have a solid network like PM's 🙂

Unfortunately I am not getting a BIT less.

My previous $7.00 monthly discount has been cut to $1.45.
