    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/455079"&gt;@helpisontheway&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;As noted, the plans are 30 days so if you no longer want it then you can just not renew (although autopay is enabled by default but can be turned off). &amp;nbsp;Having said that there is no pro-rated refund so if you want to quite mid-cycle you forfeit the remainder of the 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing to check for use in the USA is whether the phone is VoLTE capable and enabled because there is no more 3G network in the States. &amp;nbsp;What phone does he have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I am new to Public Mobile and looking at answers to the following questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Is Public a pay as you go and able to cancel at any time or is this a contract?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Can he use this phone to call States while in the USA or is this extra cost (under Canada/USA plan)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Does this include free texting (Again, Can/USA plan)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
