Facebook sends Authenticator codes

I am not receiving codes for both Google Authenticator or Duo . I tried everything from turning off the phone to pulling out the Sim and reinserting. On Authenticator there is a rolling tab of codes that updates every few minutes and I tried punching those in. FB says they are not correct....helllllp

the Google Authenticator only needs Wifi, does not even need mobile data, I am not sure if it has anything to do with PM

but if you are taking about 2FA code and if you just ported in your number, it might take 3 to 7 days for the code to come. Some security features in case of sim fraud

@Couvrette , make sure the authenticator app is up to date or try reinstalling the app. The app uses a time based algorithm that is independent of any kind of internet connection.
