Once it has been set I didn't think it would matter if you changed phones since it should be setup on your account&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/454647"&gt;@KB-1981&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How did you switch your account on the new phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is put the old SIM in the new phone and your account will automatically switch over to the new phone including voicemail box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually the system would push the voicemail number to you.&amp;nbsp; Try reboot the phone couple times, and Reset All Networks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it still not pushed, then you need to manually set it.&amp;nbsp; You can set it on yoru dial app, settings, look for voicemail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can set it to this number&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;778-580-4001&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
