don't "think", login to My Account and check, it will show you a button "Pay and Resume service" if your service is suspended

or on another phone, call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number to confirm

Are you referring to your sister stolen phone?

Check to see if they is an outage:

If no outage, you can purchase a voucher at these locations and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.

Pickup vouchers at 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples to restore service while an agent gets back to you by pm.

Why do you think so?

Does the phone service still work? Some times on the day your plan renews there is a bit of a glitch that shows your plan as suspended. (But really it is fine)
