      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought USA add on - didnt work - I was charged numerous times by Tmoble.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to submit a ticket to get customer support.&amp;nbsp; In order to do that I seem to need to know when I started plan many years ago.&amp;nbsp; I have been trying for over an hour now to get help - SO FRUSTRATING!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you saying that tmoble sent you a bill? Did not know they could do that. It was my understanding that if you didn't have coverage for the US your phone just would not work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
