Is there a chance the 4G LTE 40 dollar plan will be offered to the existing loyal PM customer again in the near future?

There is no way to know what they will offer or when they will have offers

Looking at the build your own plan you could get province calling, international texting, amd 1 Gb of LTE data for 42 dollars. If you use auto pay it would be $40

Zero chance, in fact less than zero. A good strategy may be to get something in the $40 range and hope for a Koodo migration offer with increased data usage.
