It allows me to buy a subscription and at the end telling me that Esim is not compatible for my Motorola stylus 5 G, bought a public mobile sim card but still telling me esim not compatible.

@Madmax1 if you already have a PM sim card, you will need support to help update your account with the sim card number before the sim card will function. Please message support:
