      <title>New subscription troubles</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to open account for my wife. I completed payment set up and created her account. Next, it said to download PM app so the number could be transferred and eSIM downloaded. All I’m getting since I downloaded the app is ‘subscription not activated’ something did not go right, contact customer support agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
