I can not see $19 plan available to switch over when I log in.

The $19 plan is for new customers. Hence the reason why you can't see it if you're already with PM. However, if you open the app, you'll see more options possibly. It depends what plan you're on now.

For example: I'm on the $15 unlimited talk/text no data. I see the $19 1GB plan and $23 6GB plan. If there was a plan below $15 I wouldn't see it. Make sense?

do you currently on the $15 plan? unless things changed, look like only those on the $15 can see the $19 plan to change to.

But if you need the $19 plan yourself, try ask support agent and see if they can help with that

What plan you are right now?

It looks like you cannot downgrade your plan anymore, just upgrade.

I, on $15 plan can see $19 plan but some on higher plans reported they do not see cheaper plans...
