If so did you leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port to PM ? If yes was it with in the 90 minute window ? If yes to all try to reboot the phone and test . Also is it possible for you to test the sim in another phone . But if you didn’t get the confirmation text or didn’t reply . I will send you the porting &amp;nbsp;team&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you .
