Hi so I don’t have my email anymore I forgot it , I only have my phone number, it wouldn’t let me rest my password, keep saying locked out please help me

Please try again after one hour. Lockout happens after a few repeated failed login attempts.

I forgot my password, I’m trying to rest it, and I left my account for 3 days to let it unlock, came back still locked

try using Incognito mode to reset password and login

or you will need PM to help to reset

You can only unlock your account by entering the old email and the password. The 2FA code will be sent to your phone so you don’t need access to your email.

If you still can’t access your account. You will need to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on the Chat bubble.
