I payed us-can roaming 30$. For phone and data . My data works but not the phone calls

@Vera_Berk restart your phone.

If calls don't work, put your phone to 2G and connect to T-Mobile. From the settings menu, turn on data roaming.

Hi @Vera_Berk

First, go into settings and make sure Data Roaming is turned on. Then, go into network settings, turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile, then reboot. You should be up and running after that if you purchased a US package

Which model phone do you have? Is it VoLTE compatible with Public mobile?

I have a feeling that you don't have VoLTE phone and that is why talk is an issue while roaming in the USA.

If your phone is not compatible, try the T mobile network, choose 2G network. The 2G network is hit and miss depending on the location in the USA.
