Missing transaction date from invoice

Started a new job which requires a monthly invoice from my cellphone provider. The invoice downloaded from public mobile does not show a transaction date, it only shows the date the PDF was created. Is this true for others? I've asked for this to be reported as a bug (what invoice doesn't list a transaction date!), but am told I'll get a copy of my invoice within 30 days (hopefully with a transaction date, but couldn't be confirmed). Unclear if this will be captured as an issue.

Sadly @WhiteBrassCrow6 this is how it's done. The invoices are not like other service providers. There should be a standard across the board.

@WhiteBrassCrow6 , you can also download the payment history which shows payment dates. Together with the invoices you have a complete payment picture. It is a bit awkward.
