There is a 90 minute window to reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you didn’t reply, your old SIM/eSIM will continue to work until porting is completed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My phone got transferred from previous carrier , 4 days ago &amp;nbsp;no eSIM sent no support can’t get into account to stop payment which I assume they will take money anyway &amp;nbsp;. Had to go back to previous carrier because need phone for work! Thanks for all the aggravation payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;deleting autopay is easy, just do it on your My Account, Subscription , and Manage Subscription and then turn off Subscribed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleting credit card would need PM help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Just open ticket with them using the Orange Chatbot icon on lower right, start typing Submit ticket, choose Contact Us and then follow the screen to login and submit ticket&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
