      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to cancel my eSIM / public mobile package. Trouble is, I have already deleted the eSIM off my phone. And when I try to login to my public mobile account it wants to verify me via my phone but I no longer have access to it. How do I go about cancelling my account when I can’t do this two factor authentication? I really need this cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your help in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/453454"&gt;@Britters73&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you just closing the account and are done with your PM phone number? &amp;nbsp;If not and you are trying to port your number to another provider you need your PM account to remain active. &amp;nbsp;Once the number port is completed the PM account will automatically close. &amp;nbsp;But unfortunately you need to be able to receive an SMS confirming you want to port out so either way you're going to need customer support. &amp;nbsp;Just don't cancel PM before you've moved your number if you want to keep it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
