    <description>&lt;P&gt;you are not the only one with problem updating card on the system.&amp;nbsp; General suggestion here is not to push it.&amp;nbsp; Wait a week and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if you need to pay to resume service or you cannot wait a week as renewal coming up, buy a voucher from stores and pay by voucher for this month first&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried in multiple times, on multiple accounts to process my (TD) debit visa, to no avail. I have used multiple browsers, incognito and the app. Nothing has worked. This is definitely a PM issue, as I called the financial institute multiple times thinking it was the card. Please fix this!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
