With both activations we used the other number as the alternative number. I found out after the fact that can cause issues. First account was set up fine 2nd account is locked out. Cannot make calls cannot log into account. Any help would be appreciated.

The alternative number doesn't matter. It's just a way for Public Mobile to contact you if there is a problem. They don't usually call so when there is a problem, you have to cotnact a customer support agent yourself.

Hey @Jokesx

Sometimes the SIM cards just need to be reprovisioned. Try swapping SIM cards into each others phones. Turn them off first, swap then reboot.

You should have ported your secondary number first so your old account then your primary number.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent or pm them to straighten it out.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
