    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have $34.00 unlimited Canada/USA we crossed at Thousand Island Border crossing near Ottawa Ontario and entered the US. We followed the instructions we were given on this form and it has worked incredibly poorly. We are in Scranton Pennsylvania and it still is terrible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also why do we have an E by our battery charge symbol?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/447310"&gt;@Hank6&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on your phone, try this. Go into your network settings, turn off automatic and pick T-Mobile. Then turn on your Data Roaming and then reboot. This should work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need help figuring out how, let us know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's more of a trial and error sometimes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
