Bring back the monthly automatic loyalty credit apply to payment

I found it's annoying that we keep on have to log in each month to deduct the credits/points toward the next payment . Please bring back the automatic deduction. Or is there a way that we can set it so we don't have to do it manually like before?

no, at this time, it is manual. As you know this is just a community and PM not really read it. if you want to push for automatic, you need to ask PM directly. Just open ticket with them using the Orange Chatbot icon on lower right, start typing Submit ticket, choose Contact Us and then follow the screen to login and submit ticket

Unfortunately, auto redeeming is not available at this moment, no one knows when it becomes available, but may be never.

You need to do it manually, if you have enough point, you need to do it once a month

Of course it depends on one's budget and how long it takes to accumulate 15 points or multiples thereof, but you can just let the points accumulate and redeem for larger amounts less often. The only requirement to do it once a month is your own. I guess it's less onerous for those of us who've been on points all along and don't have memories of the convenience those of you here before 2022 just lost.

I highly doubt (regrettably) that Public Mobile will ever enable an automatic program to convert points to dollars.

Reason being - they WANT folks to forget about it to the point that people don't log in and convert to dollars.

That way, they make more $$$.

That's what this whole process has been about from Day 1.
