I got my teen a simple package with a e-SIM thinking it would work but his phone is too old (mine previously). I just bought a regular SIM at Telus, it's now in the phone, but when I try to activate the package, Public Mobile keeps on telling me that I have to contact Support because my phone doesn't support e-SIM: how can I go back and just change the option to regular SIM in the package?
