Can you select email?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are, that is an option. Once signed in, click on the Profile tab. You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent with faster response.
