      <description>&lt;P&gt;No more loyalty nor autopay nor referral monetary credit every 30 days. Now you get 5% off your bill back in points, 10 points at anniversary and 1 point for every referral. If you participate in Community few more points could be awarded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you collect 15+ points you have to manually convert them to $15, it will not be automatic applied toward your bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because there is no more monetary rewards. We are all on points so you pay FULL price and when you collect 15 points convert them to $15 and apply to your bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/452447"&gt;@sholmes41&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you were wondering where the autopay/loyalty discount/friend rewards gone?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM has ended that old system and moved everyone to the new Public Points!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, now you have to pay full price first and PM will give you back points after.&amp;nbsp; Instead of loyalty rewards monthly, you get 10 points per year on your anniversary date with Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Instead of $2 autopay discount, you get 5% of your plan in points.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the points are useful to reduce the bill. After you got 15+ points, you will go to rewards site to redeem 15 points for $15 bill credit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;first, are you aware the change in rewards system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM has moved everyone onto Public Points.&amp;nbsp; You pay full price and PM gives you points back. Once you collected 15 points, you can then redeem $15 bill credit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, instead of upfront saving, now it is a future saving&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
