I want to apply my reward points toward my service payments automatically. If it can't be done, I will change provider. The current method of manual management is unacceptable

as of now, it is all manual redemption.

but you are willing to stay if they have automatic point usage, so I guess you like the extra savings, why leave because the lack of that function?
