      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just set up a new plan and when I try to activate it requires me to download the app on my phone but I am not able to due to regional settings I cant change.       <description>&lt;P&gt;App is required as final step in activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some suggested to find a friend who can download an app and finish registration that way. I hope somebody will confirm that so please wait a bit for more replies/suggestions!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
