With the new rewards rather than $ off our monthly bill, what happened to our loyalty reward of $1/year of membership?

@MarilynS , the loyalty rewards has been revised. Every anniversary, you get 10 points.

You will need 15 points to redeem for a $15 credit. The annual Loyalty 10 points will be added into your account so you will only need 5 points.

also...now you must log in to your account to redeem points rather than it happening automatically. Once you have at least 15 points, you can them redeem them against your regular plan renewal, add-ons or even future contests.
