What is the difference, if any, between the Canada/US 50 gb 5g plan for $34 and the Canada only 50 gb 5g plan for the same price? Why would someone choose the Canada only plan?

the Canada-US plan give you full US roaming for free, it is a good deal if you go US even occassionally. But it does not come with unlimited slow speed data after the 50Gb are all used up

On the hand, the other Canada only plan gives you unlimited reduced speed data at 512kbps after the 50Gb are used up. If you don't go to US and worry about what to do if data all used, this is a good one to pick instead

Personally, I like the Canada-US one more as it is well worth it even with occasional US visit. 50GB is a lot to used up anyway.

@richie_b2 The 50GB for $34 CAN/US plan has roaming built in so you can use in both countries . The non CAN/US plan 50GB for $34 had unlimited data so speed will be throttled to 512kbps after you use up the 50GB of 5G data . But won’t be able to call the US or use in the US is the difference
