      <description>&lt;P&gt;wait an hour and try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;use browser-incognito mode to login&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;use PM app to login&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can also get a voucher and load the voucher using *611.&amp;nbsp; This is not the best way, but at least you can get the service back tonight&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Thanks for the answer! So I can't call because my service is off and when I try to make the payment through the app, I have to update my credit card it says the postal code I'm putting is invalid!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
