      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have paid for a subscription (confirmed in email) but when I install app and go through process of picking number etc., it gets stuck on step 6, "subscription not activated".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Softech.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I logged out.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I waited 5 min (and restarted iPhone)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I logged back into the app&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Entered the 2 step code&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I saw no prompt 'confirm for full access'... it just went to the step 6 of 6 screen again with the 'subscription not activated'. &amp;nbsp;In step 4 it did ask if the device was trusted and I said yes / checked box.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the advice, I will send a message to the CS agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
