Data —- why did this happen.

This account shows usage of my 250 mb of vs the 5 gb add on with an expiry.
Makes sense that the freebie (5 gb) won’t be used until my 250 mb has been used up.
The SIM is in a ZTE box that has no option to use data. Any advise from ZTE users?

This is interesting. So you're only using unlimited calling and zero texting or zero data? Which ZTE box are you using? Also, this site is known to have cache problems. You may wish to go into your browser settings and clear your cache and restart your browser and try logging in.

once your regular plan data (250MB) gets exhausted, then the Bonus data kicks in. If you don't use much regular plan data...you'll never use any Bonus data. Looks like you only have 21 more days to use it before it's gone. Turn wifi OFF..then watch a Blue Jays game on your cellphone. 😁

I'm uncertain why a customer would do that. The data would still be going to waste as the mobile data that does get used wasn't needed to begin with.
