      <title>I'm unable to switch to the new $15 plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am currently on the onld $15 plan, that is 100 mins of talk, and unlimimted text and 250mb of data. There is a new $15 plan of unlimited talk and text which I'd like to switch to and save the hassle of switching to the no name phone, bbut when I go to the change plan section it only has up to the $19 dollar plan, and not the new $15 plan. What can I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the newer $15 plan is offered only to new customers, however, if you send a message to a customer support agent and ask for them to change it for you, they may do it as a gesture of goodwill.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was told they can change plans to a new activation plan only if it is equal or more than your current plan (I personally have done this), so you should be eligible but you will have to message them to do it for you.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just go to My Account and change to $19 plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
