      <description>&lt;P&gt;sim card delivery time is very unpredictable here.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Usually no worse that 3 weeks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can ask PM to check.&amp;nbsp; Since you don't have service here yet, you cannot use Chatbot to open ticket, you need to message PM here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the sim has not arrived yet you have other options if you want one sooner. Like going to a telus store and buy one for $10 or Amazon for $5. PM should credit you the cost of the sim. But I would contact them first and confirm that they will.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
