    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not log in to my account.&amp;nbsp; My email/phone number both say "failed login" I currently have no service and an error message on my phone saying i need to up date my cellular data and cannot make or receive calls.&amp;nbsp; I can not stress how beyond frustrated I am and I don't care how much money i am saving this **bleep**ty service is the worst i have ever experienced and Once I have my phone working it will be bye bye public!&amp;nbsp; I better still have my phone number as it is not recognized by public so what does that mean? I have been a customer since 2017 and now this is what I get? Also, my email i signed up back in 2017 is no longer valid and non existent and I was told before that I couldn't change it but as long as i have my phone i am okay....well not true!&amp;nbsp; because now both do not work.&amp;nbsp; So now what I am to do?&amp;nbsp; I have no access to my phone, no access to my account, no access to my phone number.&amp;nbsp; i need help please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/450971"&gt;@raybon1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can still login if your email is no longer valid as long as you enter the correct password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn’t you make a note of the email/password somewhere?&lt;BR /&gt;Everything online will need a username/email and password to get into the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account and change to a current email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Of course i made note of the email and password.&amp;nbsp; it DIDN'T work.&amp;nbsp; that is NOT the problem.&amp;nbsp; the login has failed using said password and I also get a failure message when I try to use my phone number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So short of having access to the non-existent email, I can not login.&amp;nbsp; also your like to message an agent doesn't take me anywhere to reach out to an agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
