      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to transfer my number from Koodo prepaid and it says I have to speak to someone. Whenever I try through the help screen it just comes up blank and doesn’t load. I don’t know the next steps to take and would like someone to contact me to help me, thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
