      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My subscription is $34 and now I would like to change to $20 one but I can't. Minimum subscription I can change is $29. If I change to $20 then I would like to, otherwise I will cancel my subscription. Would you please let me know I can change to $20 one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/450712"&gt;@Chang2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service agents usually will not downgrade plans for existing customers, but you can try. &amp;nbsp;Looks like PM is leaning towards personalized plan offers for existing customers. &amp;nbsp;Each existing customers may have different plan offers. &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately, it looks like most of the offers are likely more expensive than existing plans that the customer presently have. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
