I added on minutes to make calls to the US, but they are not working. What can I do to fix this?

Can you confirm that you have purchased the right add-on?

It’s suppose to say 1000 U.S long distance minutes $15

Restart your phone and try again.

@Kaity24 First ensure your got the correct add on . That you got US long distance mins and not US roaming add on . Also reboot your phone and try . But if you got wrong add on ask support to reverse it for you

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
