@Supermom123 , what phone model are you using? If your phone is not e-SIM compatible you won't be able to use the feature. If your phone is compatible, try clearing app cache, see if that helps.

@Supermom123 I prefer physical sim but you should be able to choose eSIM on activation and have it automatically download or have QR code sent to email to download and install . Also make sure your phone is eSIM compatible

Using iPhone 13 and it won't even let me buy the eSim. I get to where it says "pay and install" and nothing happens. We have super slow internet today though... maybe that's the problem.

make sure that your phone is eSIM before purchasing.
Purchase eSIM should be easy, go to app, under account, purchase SIM card, select select eSIM for $5

@Supermom123 maybe it already installed . Check the sim manger in your phone settings and you have “turn on this line “ toggled on and reboot the phone and test
