    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why am I being asked to "resume your activation" when I have an active plan with PM. I have a SIM and phone number that I've been using for about 3 years. I need to be able to access my account to update and maintain autopay and my personal information. Why is this so freakin' difficult?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I clicked on Trusted Device so I don’t need to get the 2 FA code every time I login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to go to the Payment tab&amp;gt;Update Card Information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0198.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/132238iB62AF80DDAE26036/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0198.png" alt="IMG_0198.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
