New Canada US plan on promotion

The new promotional plan seems to show that you can use your data and minutes in USA. Is this correct?

Customers can use all plan features of a Canada-US plan while in both countries.

@LeonS yes, it works on both sides of the border with no surprise extra costs. Just make sure you have Data Roaming turned on and that you are connecting to either T-Mobile or AT&T. Some are saying that Verizon also works but it didn't work for us but no harm in trying.
