      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/365033"&gt;@Monnie14&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, if you change plans immediately, you will be charged the full plan rate.&amp;nbsp; Public mobile does not pro-rate plans if you change earlier.&amp;nbsp; Also, if you original plan is grandfathered, you will not be able to change back to the original plan afterwards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, you can try to contact Customer service agent to see if agent will credit your account.&amp;nbsp; YMMV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
