      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very strange, i have seen them post about having outages and they are working on a fix, but i thought most was fixed or at least improved by now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tested this with another device? to rule out the possibility of it being a hardware issue with your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
