      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/448344"&gt;@Andy806&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems there are a lot of new members not checking if their phone is eSIM compatible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to just get a SIM replacement and you will have a phone to use. So just contact a CS_Agent and arrange for a SIM to be shipped out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quickest way to contact an agent is to click on Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
