I am not able to get a world wide Esim card, how do I know if Public Mobile has locked my phone, or it is due to my phone model?

PM doesn't lock phones. At most they may close your account but your phone belongs to you not PM. What error are you getting?

Thank you, good to know that PM does not lock phone. I just want to found out the reason that I can not get a worldwide Esim card, was it because my phone is locked, or just my phone is not compatible.

When you go to settings, Connections, do see SIM manager? Does it allow you to download the sim manager?

@arar3366 There are quite a number of posts on various forums that the S21 FE does not support esim. The airalo site also says it does not

No FE models before the S23 support esim according to the above.
