      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC&amp;nbsp; and check your account status, does it tell you your account is suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe you can buy a voucher and pay using voucher to get the account back first&lt;/P&gt;</description>
